At Saltanat Fragrance, we strive to deliver your favorite premium attars, perfumes, and Islamic collections safely and swiftly right to your doorstep. We partner with reliable courier services to ensure a seamless delivery experience across Bangladesh.

Delivery Options & Shipping Charges

We offer flexible shipping rates based on your delivery location:

  • Inside Dhaka: 60 BDT (Delivery within 24–48 hours)

  • Outside Dhaka: 120 BDT (Delivery within 2–4 working days)

Cash on Delivery (COD) Available

To ensure your convenience and maximum security, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Bangladesh.

  • With this system, you can pay the full invoice amount in cash to the delivery agent only when you receive the package at your doorstep.

  • Note: For orders outside Dhaka, a partial advance payment (e.g., the delivery charge) may occasionally be requested to confirm the order.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 4:00 PM are generally processed and handed over to the courier service on the same working day.

  • Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once your parcel is shipped, you will receive a tracking update or notification via SMS/Message.

Important Delivery Instructions

  • Check in Front of the Delivery Man: For the safety of your purchase, customers are strictly advised to open and inspect the parcel in front of the delivery agent.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you notice any leakage, breakage, or an incorrect item, please notify our customer support immediately via Facebook message or phone call while the delivery person is still present. We cannot accept liability for physical damage reported after the delivery agent has left.
