Q: Are your attars alcohol-free?
A: Yes, all our traditional attars are 100% alcohol-free, making them completely safe for daily wear and prayer (Salah).
Q: How long do your fragrances last?
A: Longevity depends on the specific blend and your skin type. Generally, our concentrated premium attars last anywhere from 6 to 12 hours on skin and even longer on clothes.
Q: What does your Islamic Collection include?
A: Our Islamic Collection features carefully curated premium essentials designed to complement your spiritual lifestyle, devotion, and Sunnah practices.

4. Payments, Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
A: Yes, we provide Cash on Delivery all over Bangladesh. You only pay when you receive the product at your doorstep.
Q: What other payment methods do you accept?
A: Aside from cash, we accept secure digital payments via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Q: Can I return or exchange a fragrance if I don’t like it?
A: We offer exchanges or refunds within 7–14 days of delivery, provided the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been sprayed or altered.
Q: What should I do if my perfume bottle arrives broken?
A: We strictly advise all customers to check the parcel in front of the delivery agent. If you notice any damage or leakage, please inform our customer support team immediately while the delivery agent is still present so we can process a replacement for you.
