At Saltanat Fragrance, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide you with the highest quality premium attars, perfumes, and Islamic collections. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We will be happy to process an exchange or refund, provided the items are returned in a saleable and unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags or seals intact within 7 to 14 days of delivery.
Note: For hygiene reasons regarding fragrances and personal care items, we cannot accept returns for bottles that have been significantly used or altered.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Non-Defective Items : If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a change of mind or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Defective/Wrong Items: If we sent the incorrect product or a damaged item, Saltanat Fragrance will bear the return delivery charges.
Damaged in Transit & Delivery Check
We take utmost care in packaging our fragile perfume and attar bottles. However, to protect your purchase:
Customers are strictly advised to check the delivery parcel in front of the delivery man.
Saltanat Fragrance can only accept claims for breakages or missing items if they are reported immediately while the delivery agent is present.
Please inform our customer support team instantly via Facebook message or phone call if you face any issues during delivery.
How to Return Your Purchase
If you need to return your online purchase, please follow these simple steps:
Use our ‘Contact Us’ page or message our official Facebook page to notify us about the return.
Please include your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the product. Your order number can be found in your invoice text/email or under the ‘Order History’ section of your account.
Once our team approves your return request, you can send the product back to our designated address.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited using the same payment channel (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer) that you used for the original transaction. Please allow 7–10 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.
